The service team is wonderful -- friendly, attentive, and they answer any concern or question I have. I gave the whole dealership less stars because I paying decent money for a nicer car and I expected the c they answer any concern or question I have. We patronized Maus because it had the new/used car I was looking for — a '23 Genesis G80. Ashly did a thorough job of showing us the car and giving me and my wife each a generous test drive. The manager tried to close us — that's his job — but did so in a soft-spoken manner and didn't push too hard. I never felt pressured. Maus gave us a fair deal on a trade-in. We had planned to sell our car ourselves, but trading it made the transaction much smoother. The Genesis was immaculate when we picked it up the following day.
