Lots of cars in the service parking area, and not a lot of communication to let me know how long the service would take. The process took longer than expected and I saw my car just sitting there waiting to of communication to let me know how long the service would take. The process took longer than expected and I saw my car just sitting there waiting to have the keys taken to the front desk. No complimentary car wash offered or done. The inside waiting area didnt look busy, but the more than 2.5 hour wait felt like they were busy. My key fob still doesn't get the doors unlocked on most occasions, so im sure it wasn't checked for me. I will have a bunch of things for the service agent to make sure the service department do before I leave my car there again. More

We recently purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-30 from Mazda Roseville, and the entire experience ended up being nothing short of 5 stars. While we had a slight hiccup at the beginning of this new car-buying process, the team at Mazda Roseville stepped up, took care of us, and made sure everything was handled professionally and promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. One of the highlights was getting to work with Duc Nguyen again. We had purchased a vehicle from him back in March, and once again he was amazing to work with. Duc is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right vehicle. He made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Ben Kasko in the Finance Department was also outstanding. He was thorough in explaining everything, answered all of our questions, and had us through the paperwork and on the road in record time! We truly appreciated how efficient and transparent he was throughout the process. From the Service Center to Sales, Finance, Management, and everyone in between, the entire team at Mazda Roseville worked together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. It's clear that customer service is a priority for this dealership. We absolutely love our new 2026 Mazda CX-30 and couldn't be happier with our purchase.
