I wandered in a few days ago just to test drive a crossover, unsure if buying a new car was necessary. I was immediately greeted by Antonio Salas who was absolutely friendly, professional, and not at crossover, unsure if buying a new car was necessary. He listened to my situation, we checked out a few models, and ultimately, I traded in my vehicle for a new CX-5. Stepping into the showroom/building, every single employee who passed by said hello, some offered additional information or expertise, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience although I was quite stressed. Today, the CX-5 is two days old for me, I am out of town, and the car is parked in the garage, and I am so happy with my choice and the experience I had at Mazda EG. I appreciate David G. for working with me on the trade-in and the finance situation. I was truly on the fence about getting into a new car when I already had a pretty new car, but Mazda Elk Grove met me at my level and eased me into a vehicle I am so happy to be in. I look forward to working with the service department as well as QuickLube. As a customer, I appreciate seeing teamwork, employees helping one another out, being so personable and dedicated to making customers happy. I am happy! More
