He was gracious, listened, and spoke in the right tone; made him easy to deal with. At the same token I told him exactly what I wanted and my concerns and we were able to close the deal. Mr. Huynh is a fast talker, literally, (think it's because he just has the finance part of the deal memorized so well), but he will pause and answer any questions/concerns you may have no matter how many times you ask:) like I did.
