We originally came in just to look at the Mazda Miatas on the lot and Matt had us test drive one. What a fun ride. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Mazda brand as we are also, since we have owned 8 Mazda’s over the years. We were looking for the Miata in blue, but there were none in that color on the lot. We left that day and said we would think about another color. A few days later, a blue manual Miata came in to the dealership and Matt contacted us right away. We went to see Matt and he was able to answer all our questions and concerns and we left that day with our beautiful new blue Miata. Our 9th Mazda. I arrived early and Chris checked me in, but because of a miscomm I was able to schedule my maintenance appt online the day before, which was awesome. I arrived early and Chris checked me in, but because of a miscommunication he wasn't able to assist me with my service, so I was passed to Freddy. I was never given an estimate to sign and even tho I specifically requested that no tire rotation be done, it was not communicated successfully to Freddy, and the rotation was done anyway. They couldn't correct it so close to closing time so Freddy put in a free tire rotation in my account for the future. I'm not happy with how things ended up, and I'll probably need another tire rotation soon, but they tried to fix the error. My advice when you go in, make sure you sign the estimate before you sit down in the waiting room, so your request is clear before the work begins. More
