The right car at the right time I previously owned a 2015 Mazda 6 Sport with the manual 6 speed. I'm kind of old school I guess as I like to do the shifting myself. I was hoping to get the diesel engine Mazda offers in other markets(Australia, Europe etc), but when I read the information on the new turbo charged engine, I decided to get this one instead. Not only was Rachel flexible on giving me pricing and direction with every choice; she reassured me “we can totally stay late, head on down!” (side note: sorry Fritz, Rachel, and Yussin!!). After what was literally the FASTEST AND MOST EFFICIENT buying Process I’ve ever seen; Rachel snapped a 10pm picture of us by our new baby and sent us on our way with the warmest hug. I should preface this with the fact that this is my second buying experience with Rachel. Except this time was completely by chance. And man am I so glad the car gods line me up to have Rachel answer my call. Not only did she remember me from 3 year before, she also made me feel like know time passed. Promoted and keep her cause I pray she will be there in 3 years when I’m back again. To top off this friendly buying was Fritz. If Fritz isn’t still with Elk Grove Mazda in 36 months, I’ll be devastated. Not only was he personable and friendly; this guy got up on a East Coast time, flew back to CA, worked a full day, and then stayed almost 2 hours later processing my paperwork. I mean talk about dedication to the job!! More
