Updating my review since I can't seem to get a call back after purchasing my CX50 in December. We were told we would receive a $500 refund for the "Mazda Family" discount for owning another Mazda since we d after purchasing my CX50 in December. We were told we would receive a $500 refund for the "Mazda Family" discount for owning another Mazda since we didn't have the registration for our 2012 Mazda3 at the time we bought the CX50. They said we would get a refund in 8 to 12 weeks, I have called and left messages for finance and texted the saleman David two times who said he would "follow up and get back to me". It's now June we haven't received the refund for the discount we were supposed to receive. More

I had been in contact with Jon as well as a few dealerships, but right from the get-go I was given a lot of helpful information and a very good deal on a new CX-5. I thought I was going to buy fro dealerships, but right from the get-go I was given a lot of helpful information and a very good deal on a new CX-5. I thought I was going to buy from Maita Mazda initially, but after things went sideways, I knew to call Jon next because he was extremely helpful in the process. Jon provided answers to all of my questions and was also able to get me a killer deal that compared to Maita's offer, which is what made it a seamless transition. Add the cherry on top that he personally delivered my car 35 miles out, and I can't say more nice things about him and Mazda of Elk Grove. More
