And I do a lot of car shopping, but little buying. And I'm a car guy, hence buying Mazda. In October 2015 I leased a Mazda3 hatch, and a year later lost it to an accident. I still feel bad having to tell Ratish Singh the car he helped me buy was destroyed. But Ratish knew so many little details he steered me in the right direction as far as trim and such. Last December I went into the dealership just needing to buy a replacement, and had the luck to meet up with Jaik Willmon (you won't forget the spelling, trust me!). Just as car-nutty as I am, he knows so much more about his product than anyone else. He'll talk your ear off jawing all day about cars and such, and never once did he devolve into sales schtick. The guy is a gem. Plus! Each time I come into the dealership, Jaik makes a point to say hi and vice versa. Even if he's with a customer. I'm blown away. He knows his stuff. Billy Shields in Service is, by far, the best service guy I've dealt with, and I have seven cars in three towns. He's willing to bend over backwards to fix problems or make scheduling work. Sometimes I think he's frustrated that I'm so easy to work with! In any case, I feel confident leaving my car in his care and the care of his team. I like being talked to as an equal instead of a rube. ^^ Of course, no complaints about my new Mazda3 hatch...with manual this time. One faulty door-lock actuator replaced in a day, nothing else to complain about. Way to go Mazda! Finally: MEG is recommended by Car Pro Show guru Dave Reynolds, who goes out of his way to vet the dealers he hooks up with. I'm a real person, I swear! Not a paid spokesperson. My husband had been in contact with Elias Gonzalez the previous night. We went in to meet with him and he exceeded our expectations! We had the 2017 Mazda 3 in our interest. He showed us the ins and outs of the car, answered all the important questions with genuine, knowledgeable answers. Not once did we feel pressured at this dealership. The employees were exceedingly kind and helpful. This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership. After our final decision, and leaving that day, we know we made the best decision for us. We are extremely satisfied with our 2017 Mazda 3. 10/10 would recommend. More

Definitely over exceeded my expectations! But the moment I got here, I was treated like a valued customer; there was no pressure to buy a vehicle or to upgrade, it was whatever I wanted. Anything I did not feel comfortable with, they were sure to ease my concerns and were straight to the point. They were very up front with me and didnt sugar coat anything, I was told exactly how it is, and thats exactly what I got. I was in and out of there, and honestly, I did not think i was going to walk out of there with a brand new car. My exceptions were beyond exceeded, and I would and will always recommend them! More

I was not sure if I wanted a Mazda, but he was the main reason why I decided to go personally to the dealership. Once I arrived, the staff received me like if I was the only costumer, everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away, even if everyone were attending other costumers every single member of the staff stopped to welcome me. Fritz Roepke was the sales person who helped me find the right vehicle and he even drove all the way from the dealership to Stockton to bring the specific car I wanted, he was fast and explained all the features of the car, he settled a great deal for me and it was thanks to him that I decided to sign with Mazda. Finally Francisco Morales was the one in charge of all the paperwork, he was friendly and made all the process of signing smooth as possible. I recommend Mazda from Elk Grove!! More
