We chatted while Billy performed a visual inspection of the vehicle, using a cool app to record the data and take photos of the car. Nice. I was all set to spend an hour or so in the waiting area when Billy came back to let me know the car was ready. I was in and out in under an hour. Cool! More

From the quick email response to a question about availability, right through the 15-minute breeze of the financial portion of the process, everything went very well. Spoke with a few sales staffers, all of whom were helpful, but not at all aggressive, and finally ended up with Elias Gonzalez, who joined me for multiple test-drives, answered my questions, then walked me through the "reach-a-deal-dance" with minimum fuss. I ended up buying the car I drove 2 hours to see, got a fair price and trade-allowance, and found the entire experience satisfying, rewarding, and remarkably pain-free! More

Thankfully Stephanie was not only helped me find suitable cars to test drive but also helped explained extra trim packages and premium packages (gotta have the BOSE sound!!). She even notified me after her working hours that she found my perfect car and that it would be available for me to purchase the next day. Best of all, Stephanie never pushed for any additional features. She just simply let me know that they were there so that I could decide for myself. He then explained exactly why it was good to at least check my credit to look at where we would stand with payments. He made the process easy, simple, & quick for my husband and I. Paid off my trade in, nothing down & still got what I wanted. He answered all the questions we had. Made everything a breeze. I will be dealing with them for a very long time. More

All the staff that we talked with were all kind and courteous and explained how some things work when Jaik was getting our car ready for delivery. Over-the-top service in maintaining my confidence in Mazda. I just went in for the routine maintenance of my Mazda3 and I also had a few concerns about some other small issues about my care. I was concerned ab I just went in for the routine maintenance of my Mazda3 and I also had a few concerns about some other small issues about my care. I was concerned about a possible misalignment of my car because the steering wheel seems to be a little off kilter-ed although my car drove straight forward without any drifting to the left or right. They check that out for me at no charge. They assured me that everything is fine. However, it was discovered that both my front struts were leaking and that should be repaired right away. I was just 10 days passed the warrantee of having that repaired at no cost to myself. It would have been a huge expense to pay for that repair which would have seriously tainted my confidence in my ownership of my Mazda, having had this car just under 3 years. But, Billy went to bat for me to see if I could get this repair at no cost (honoring a warrantee of 10 days passed) to get me back on the road again and keeping me proud to be a Mazda owner. When I shared this information with my family, they too, are looking forward to the day when they will be getting their next car. My niece bought a Mazda after driving mine last year, and my wife will be getting one herself very soon as she will be passing on her Honda to our daughter. Thank you Mazda for showing your customers that you truly care about customer satisfaction and of taking pride in your product. More
