After completing the TrueCar information, Matt Heidrich called me and gave me tons of information on the car I was specifically looking at and even was able to a little lower than the TrueCar price. He was very informative and treated me well. When I arrived at the dealership Matt was with another customer and Nick Ishihara helped me with the car and got everything started and both of them asked all of my questions. Was in and out of the dealership quickly with a new car! Both Matt and Nick were very informative and helpful which led to an amazing experience! More

I had recently had a bad experience at another de The day I leased my brand new 2015 Mazda 6 I set about the task comparing cars. Drudgery to be sure. I had recently had a bad experience at another dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth. I had about a week between experiences where I was essentially carless (driving a rental). I had done a ton of research online and had narrowed the field. I made my first stop at Mazda with the intent of test driving a 3 or a 5 (then moving on to other makers to test out my other options). That's where I met Matt. Kind and thorough Matt heard my story and set about finding me a model that would work best to suit my needs. We discussed the various ins and outs, pluses and minuses, to each model for my particular situation. Long story short, I fell in love with the 6 and all it offered. I also came to discover I could afford a lot more car on a lease for a lot less money down. Matt was there to explain things all the way through and was very attentive. I never went to another dealership. I had found my car, my dealership and my sales Manager. Many thanks to Matt for making what, up until then, had been a downright crappy experience full of dread and turning in to such a pleasant one. More

He worked with me to understand just what I was looking for (in my case, two options), and was even able to present two cars that exactly matched by options. He knew all the details about the cars, and took the time to review each of my questions before the sale, and then spent time with me post the sale to make sure I fully understood all the items in my care. In addition, not just Nick but everyone I met and worked with at the dealership gave me the feeling that the entire process was all about my needs. They worked together to make the entire car buying process enjoyable. I will immediately head back and to this dealership and ask for Nicholas when I need my next car! If your are looking - call him! You can't find a better salesperson or dealership. More

But...this is honest and fair! This was my first experience at an auto dealership where I did not feel pressured, asked to buy things I didn't want, or in general like a pinata. I know pinata might sound weird, but lets face it, in general when you deal with a dealership it tends to feel like the salesmen and the management are going to beat on you until you start leaking money. Jaik actually listened to what I wanted and what I was willing to do/pay and NEVER asked me to go beyond that. Instead, he did his job and worked within my restrictions to get me as much car as he could! I was not asked to negotiate with more than one person. I was not asked for credit information before I decided to buy the car. There was no shell game being played; nothing here even smelled funny. I didn't leave feeling exhausted. On the contrary, I left feeling good about the whole experience. I would like to thank Jaik and Rachel and all there for making this a very non-car-buying experience. (The masochistic side of me feels cheated...) More

Matt Heidrich, with the help of Jaik Willmon changed my whole opinion of car salesmen. There were no high pressure tactics, no car salesman smarm, and I felt good about the whole transaction at the end of the day. I love my Mazda 3. I did the research, it was absolutely the best car for my needs, and I was given a great deal from the outset. I was very fairly treated with my trade-in so I didn't have to take the extra step of Car Max or private sale. Even the finance portion of the sale-usually a nightmare, was low-key and comfortable thanks to Steve Wray. Thank you gentlemen, you rock! More
