My experience When arriving at the Elk Grove dealership I met a great sales guy named Garrett he was very respectful and did not make me feel over whelmed or try to When arriving at the Elk Grove dealership I met a great sales guy named Garrett he was very respectful and did not make me feel over whelmed or try to force a sale he asked what I personally liked and let me show him what I liked rather than what most annoying places usually do and just pick anything and try to force you in and out with a sale the sales guys at this place was super laid back and had positive confidence and well educated on any product they have there and can answer any questions without hesitation also they will work with you on pricing and will still communicate even after the sale with the same respect to answer any questions you may have with ur new purchase and I have many friends that saw my new car and at work and are 100% with the choice he helped me with and have also been there to apparently with the same positive experience, I definitely highly recommend Garrett for advice when it comes to picking out the perfect car. More

I was even able to do my paperwork before hand arriving at the dealer to sign papers, collect my car, and head home. Matt even gave me a full-depth guide to the vehicle covering all the features from locating the trunk opening button to navigating the infotainment system and dash. I've never been more happy with a car dealer experience! More

Love this place! This is my second Mazda purchase with Garrett Oxnaes and Mazda of Elk Grove. I made an appointment with Garrett for 8pm after I got off work. Garrett stayed late to help me out which was great. He was scheduled off at 5pm so that was awesome of him to work with my schedule because I work a lot and don't have a lot of free time to spend hours at a dealership. It was a very raining and cold night when I came in for my appointment. Garrett already had the car I was interested in pulled inside where it was nice and dry and warm so I could check it out and he had a cup of fresh coffee waiting for me!! Nice touch by the way! :) I visited one other dealership to check out a Corolla and the sales guy had me walking the lot with him in the rain to look at cars. Needless to say I didn't stay very long, being wet and cold isn't my idea of a good time. When Garrett and I went on the test drive he showed me ever feature on the vehicle just like he did on the last vehicle I got from him. After the test drive I was sold on the car!! Got back to the dealership and Garrett again got me a great deal and had me out of the dealership in 90 minutes!! That was the best part didn't have to spend 3-4 hrs like I have before buying other vehicles. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle give Garrett and Mazda of Elk Grove a visit it will probably be your only visit you will make. They treat you like family and Garrett will get you a great deal oh and they include Lifetime Car washes!! I can't say thank you enough!! They work hard to please. I wanted a Mazda3 IGT in Charcoal Grey and Garrett worked really hard to get me what I wanted. Since everyone is trying to get rid of all the 2016's t I wanted a Mazda3 IGT in Charcoal Grey and Garrett worked really hard to get me what I wanted. Since everyone is trying to get rid of all the 2016's the right color was hard to find. So I got Black instead. I love it!! Thanks for all your hard work. And Thanks to Kyle he was very nice too.
