I went with a friend who was looking to buy a used car. She really liked the Mazda 3 and had a good experience test driving with Pasao Yang. I went back with her to look at actually buying the car and had a good, spirited back and forth negotiating the price of the car. At one point, Yang asked if he could bring his manager over to discuss prices. Omar Bubaker came over and tried to argue that they're a business and couldn't lower the sale price anymore. He became rude, condescending and tried to guilt trip us, so my friend and I got up to leave. Yang was able to continue working with us professionally to sell a car and he came down in price, so we were able to come to an agreement. His coworker Omar almost cost him a sell. Omar's approach of insulting customers and claiming poverty for the dealership is not the best business model. He is not a good representative of the dealership. Though haggling can get a little awkward, Yang continued to work with us, and we were all laughing by the end of the transaction. I would recommend Yang highly to anyone who visits Mazda of Elk Grove. The financial guy, Grant Salge was also awesome helping us figure out warranties and made signing the final paperwork painless. My sales rep (Jambert) knows his product well, listened carefully to me, and did a good job of showing me how his product matched my needs. I did not get the price I wanted but the financing terms made the deal acceptable to me. A couple of years earlier, my son purchased a car from this dealership and was satisfied with the experience. He recommended that I visit the dealership. I went there without being inclined toward the Mazda product but left with a car. I guess they are doing things right there. More

My wonderful family was researching and helping me find the right solution, and I got a call saying they had found some options. My dad happens to live in the bay area and is a GM for a rather large dealership and I have always made my purchases thru him, however after the experience and level of service in which not just I but my family recieved we really wanted to give our business to Mazda of Elk Grove. Being a manager in a sales based environment I recognize good customer service and and Mazda... it wasn't just "Good" it was Extraordinary". I went to this dealership solely based on reviews from dealerrater and I was not disappointed. I came here expecting the sales people would be pushy. The service was very friendly and QUICK, which made the whole process very easy for me. Grant Salge was the finance manager who also made this shopping experience great. Everything was explained in simple terms and easy to understand. No tricks or hidden fees like I have experienced from other dealership in the past. The whole deal was done in less than 3 hours from start to finish. I'll be back for sure when I change my car in 10 years. More
