After some very bad experiences at Paul Blanco, I knew I needed something different. I went to imotors.com and put in the car I have always wanted, Mazda3 Hatchback. Within minutes I received a dozen phone calls but Elk Grove Mazda's Maverick America stood out. He listened to me.. Accepted my terms and helped me find the car I wanted. It was painless and it was hard to hold back the tears as I signed the paperwork that would ensure I was driving away with My Mazda3. My credit was bad... My trade in beyond crappy, and all hope diminished by the Paul Blanco experience, but here I am with my hatchback in the driveway. I will be a lifetime customer of the ownership group that Elk Grove Mazda is part off. Best part is I have a payment I can afford, a car I love, and I am counting down the days I can again make a deal at Elk Grove Mazda when its upgrade time. More

Jaik went the extra mile, literally I had spent the past few months looking for a replacement for my 2004 Mazda3 hatchback. Most cars I test drove were really not as described, or just I had spent the past few months looking for a replacement for my 2004 Mazda3 hatchback. Most cars I test drove were really not as described, or just not right, and most dealerships would screw me on the trade-in value, even though they claimed they follow Kelly Blue Book. So, my wife and I decided to drive 2 hours from the S.F. Peninsula to see this hard to find, low miles, certified used Mazda CX-7 s GT. Jaik, a young but very friendly and knowledgeable professional, took us on a good test drive and I was sold. The environment at Mazda of Elk Grove was clean, laid back, pleasant and a relaxing place to be. Jaik help gets us the actual trade value for my Mazda3, and I was pleased to purchase the CX-7 as a suitable upgrade. The detailers could have cleaned the interior better, but since it was late, I guess they didn't have time to do it thoroughly. It was around 9 pm when we left to get dinner nearby first before the long drive home. While we were eating, Jaik called us because there were a couple of items left in the old car, and he drove to the restaurant to hand the items to us. Literally, he went the extra mile. We wish him well on his career. More

She showed me the cars available and I fell in love with the 2015 Mazda 6i. She walked me efficiently and effortlessly through the buying process. Steve Wray was the financial manager who assisted me with the numbers. He found the perfect price, interest rate, and warranty to meet my needs. He explained each document I signed and provided invaluable information about how to obtain a refund for my trade in. It was the absolute best experience I've had at a car dealership and I left with an amazing vehicle. The extras offered with the vehicles at Mazda of Elk Grove are an excellent compliment to the superior customer service! More

Excellent service until we met the Finance Manager Overall the experience was great! First indication was the website. It was very detailed and had all of the information up front. The search was very easy to use, the specials were easy to navigate, and rebates were easily accessible. With everything being so up front and honest, i knew this was the best choice to purchase my new CX-5. First contact with a representative was through email. He was very courteous and wanted to know ever detail about my inquiry to narrow my search down. Unfortunately, this was the only contact i made with the individual because the next day I traveled to Elk Grove Mazda to get a test drive in with the vehicle I was interested in. Next contact was the sales consultant. He was very personable and friendly to my family and understood that having a 2 year old can be cumbersome especially when working out details about the car and haggling. We battled a little to make a deal that we both see advantageous for the both of us and finally coming to a decision on pricing. Maverick was one of the best salesman i have worked with in a long time, He was very knowledgeable on the CX-5 that i was purchasing and could answer any question i threw at him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone i know. Finally, we had to deal with the finance manager... By far the worst of the worst in my opinion. Everything started off great! We did the whole meet and greet, he even gave my daughter a coloring book and some crayons while we discussed the finances. After that, everything went downhill. We first started off talking finances of course. We noticed a APR issue, They tried to give us a 3.9 APR for 60 months while the advertisement on the website said 1.9 for 60 months. Not much to argue when my wife and I both averaged 800+ credit score. After two trips to the manager we straighten things out. Next he tries to sell me on the Mazda 5 year service prepay plan. It sounded very interesting and I wanted to know more. After some deliberation with the wife, we decided not to get the plan. After we told him that we didn't want the plan, he seemed to talk down to us, asking why decided not to take the plan and why smart people would want to take the plan. Really?!?!?!? You're going to talk down to me and my wife because we didn't want to take the plan and extra $1500 up front cost? He went on and on about this product for another 10 minutes. Finally after the third time of telling him we didn't want the plan, we moved on. All-in-all, his demeanor changed after we stated we did not accept the plan. It was very unprofessional of him to act the way he did after that, but we finally finalized the paperwork. All of the markdowns are mainly because of the Finance Manager, but if I omit him from the experience, it would have been one of the best car buying experiences yet. More

After some urging but no pressure, I decided to try to negotiate a deal for it. We were able to reach an agreement on the it and I couldn't be happier. More options and a really good price going with the CPO, I got everything I was looking for and little more going with a CPO. More
