This is my 5th Mazfa purchase in a row. All 4 were bought in San Jose. I moved to Lodi and found myself looking at the new Mazda cx90 phev. It was a wind advisory a try day, and on me trying to find where to park, I ran into Kevin Burke. He asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there, and from that point on I was in excellent care. Never once did I feel like I was being sold anything. No pressure, just great conversation, test drive and matching my wants with what I ended up with, a new car... Thank you Kevin, we battled the crazy wind, and felt the car shake, and made it work. Then David from finance took me. He walked me thru a very short signing process. Esigned my docs on my ANDROID phone David LOL. Got the usual pitch about add ons and ended up getting the windshield dent tire one solely on David's strong recomendation as the new car windshields are costly to replace now. A quick search on my ANDROID confirmed it. David answered all my questions. He was genuine. He was vested in my total satisfaction. Again, I was in great hands. I've never bought a car in such a short amount of time. Fast, honest and easy. And, I can get free car washes at the dealership! Nice job. More
