Ben Kairalla was very professional, he went out of way to find us the car we were looking for. When we arrived at the dealership there wasn't a new Mazda 3 to be had. A few minutes later he came back to us and said a new cars was just delivered. He kept us well informed of the status of the car as it was being prepared for us. Once we took possession of the car he was very knowledgeable about the car and it's controls. Buying a new car is not always a pleasent experience, but he made it a little easier. More

Buyer beware! I have bought a lot of cars in my day, and this was the worst experience I have ever had by far. I purchased my car with cash and had it shipped. I asked specific questions about the car and was assured that everything was fine and that the dealership had “my back 100%”. Man was that a lie! Once I got the car and tried to contact the dealership about the multiple issues that the car had I soon found out that they wanted nothing else to do with me. I was depending on them to be my eyes for this purchase and the completely let me down. I would recommend buying your car from another dealership for sure. There are a lot of good ones out there, but this one is definitely not one of those! More
