Ben Kairalla and associated team members were wonderful to work with. We received a very fair trade in of our BMW and left with an almost new, precertified 2021 CX30. My first experience at Mazda of Palm Beach is one I will always remember. Mark Korakas took his time and simplified the lease process for my wife and I, while also explaining everything in detail. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly and warm hello by Ben Kairalla. Ben was extremely friendly, kind and patient. After driving and deciding on a vehicle, the sales manager Evan Continued the process with an attitude of friendly professionalism and expertise. The close was Effortless. When it was time for the finance part of the process, a kind gentleman named Will appeared. The finance part usually gives me great anxiety, but Will was friendly, professional, and honest putting me at ease. The process was quick and painless.
