Bill Dickason was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my purchase. - They helped transport the car for the pre-purchase inspection - Had arrangements available to help me return the rental car I used to get from DFW to Gladewater - Made repairs to the car I had not asked for, to ensure I was safe for the long drive home out of state. - Were gracious and friendly during the entire process, doing everything reasonable (and beyond) along the way. - The few (but important) issues that required immediate attention on the car were handled quickly, professionally, and in some cases, without me asking. My bottom line: the car was delivered yesterday, and I have nothing but strong, positive things to say about everyone there, from the GM, Michael Scott, the floor manager, Amber, my salesman, Ryan, the Service manager, William, and even the driver who delivered the car after an in-house repair, Janna.
