Obviously, MHF is all about the customer experience as they once again provided me and my family with a great experience. My sales consultant was Tariq Aness for all 6 of my transactions and he's got the customer experience figured out. I also use the service department and they also have the experience figured out. I came into Ford want to get out of my lease with Infinity, payment was so high! Mel worked and worked until he could find a solution that got me out of my Car, with little money down, and into a new Escape Titanium. Then he was able to do the same with my wife car. So that day we traded 2 Infinity's for the Escape and a Focus Titanium. We have now reduced our payment by 40% and love the new cars. Mel and his team really showed me that Ford does have the high service like Infinity and Lexus which mean so much to us. More

A fun and genuine experience! Stan immediately made us feel at home, he sat us down to discuss our situation before taking us out to the lot. After finding out what different vehicles we were considering and what our budget was, he showed us to the lot to have a better idea. Stan was amazing. He was so helpful and genuinely looking out for us when discussing our options. We ended up driving away in a BRAND NEW 2015 Ford Focus. Not only was it brand new, but it was the car we wanted, and best of all it was in our budget! I would recommend Stan to anyone, and will definitely continue doing business with him and mel hambelton because of him in the future. More
