MERCEDES Benz of Annapolis is Outstanding This is the third different Mercedes Benz service department I have taken my vehicle to for service. I did not return to the first two dealerships bec This is the third different Mercedes Benz service department I have taken my vehicle to for service. I did not return to the first two dealerships because I was not happy with their service. At the Annapolis service department I was treated like I was a long time member of their family. I found the center to be clean and efficiently run. Tommy Tate was my service agent and he was absolutely amazing. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, he assisted me right away. He was friendly and very efficient. I was provided a loaner car without any delay. The service on my car was completed timely. I am really impressed with Mercedes Benz of Annapolis Service Department and will definitely return there for future service on my vehicle. Even though the other two service centers I have gone to are closer, it is worth the extra time it takes to get to Annapolis to receive quality service. I hope to get Tommy Tate for my agent when I return. More
