He was patient, pleasant personable ( this is how he has always been since the first time I walked in there ).As always he answered my 101 questions told me everything that I needed done . I had not been into the service center for service in a while so he and I carefully went through the maintenance and prioritize what I could get done that day to reduce the cost to my budget. So thanks Alex, you rock! He got me into a loaner and I was off to the beach with no worries since I knew I was in good hands. He updated me throughout the whole process, which is always important to me . As always Alex you offer the best customer service anyone can ask for !!! Liz More

Excellent customer service and timely... Mr. Johnson came out to help jump start my car due to a dead battery. He was very thorough and helped explain different areas of concern.
