Engine Light...Panic My car 4matic unavailable and engine light came on and the car hesitated to start. It was 6pm on a Friday. I called the dealer as I was rushing to get My car 4matic unavailable and engine light came on and the car hesitated to start. It was 6pm on a Friday. I called to say I believe I need an alignment- his reply was I will have someone do a text drive when you get here insuring to diagnose the problem I am having. I informed Alex I was going away on Friday -needing the car. He found a loaner last minute for me and took my car in for repairs immediately. He truly is an asset to the Mercedes service team and without saying- I value having a knowledgeable and professional service person to help when I bring my car for repair.
