Recently, I was in sort of a jam where I needed service done and tires put on my ML350, but had a next day up Chuck always puts the customer first! Recently, I was in sort of a jam where I needed service done and tires put on my ML350, but had a next day upcoming trip with the family where I would need my vehicle back or a loaner of suitable size. It was more than likely my vechicle would not be completed in time before the trip, and there were no loaners of sufficient size in stock. Chuck came through in crunch time and worked out a last minute alternative that allowed me to get my new tires on (the most important item), take my own vehicle on the trip, and schedule the rest of the service later on my future return. Now that’s customer service! The best service proffesionals are those who put the customers concerns as top priority and when unexpected issues arise, think outside the box to come to a resolution that benefits BOTH parties. That is exactly why Chuck Leyman excels at his job! More
