Nice Guys Finish Last I test drove a 2016 E63AMG S On Friday. Told the sales rep to send me a complete price breakdown. Monday afternoon I informed Ron, the sales represent I test drove a 2016 E63AMG S On Friday. Told the sales rep to send me a complete price breakdown. Monday afternoon I informed Ron, the sales representative, I wanted to purchase the vehicle. He asked me to wait until Thursday morning so he could visit a sick relative. He said he would put the vehicle aside for me. On Wednesday I learned from the dealership that the vehicle sold. My decision to delay so the sales rep could visit family cost me and no attempt has been made by anyone to address this abhorrent customer service. My error and take away is to never feel attached to a sales person and always outlay some cash to secure the deal. Hindsight!!! Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and Ron need to review this case and implements a process that secures the customers decision to purchase and should things go very poorly address the issue with the customer and try to make it right. Could have at least looked for a similar vehicle to offer. All I received was a text saying “the vehicle was sold” the day before I was scheduled to come in and purchase. Very Disappointing!!! More

From purchasing my first Mercedes with Mr. Casey Duffy to having schedule maintenance performed by the service center, orchestrated by Mr. Chuck Leyman, who is no doubt the BEST Service Advisor at the center. I’m compelled to write this review and tell you how impressed I am with your TEAM at Annapolis. I used the Annapolis service center twice in the last six months for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, on my 2016 GL550, and I’m truly convinced your TEAM is a cut above the rest of the competition. I like to say they have nailed the “Three “Ps” to perfection!!! Professionalism….Politeness…Promptness!! A customer couldn’t ask for anything more. I will definitely be using you again and have already started recommending your Annapolis TEAM to friends and family. Many thanks to you and all of your TEAM at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis!!! Higher expectations met . When I dropped my vehicle off I was met with a smile, a handshake, and a “good morning” greeting. David Brady was extremely professional and exceeded my expectations throughout my service appointment. He called me a couple times during the day to let me know how things were going, which I really appreciated. When my vehicle was ready, he gave me a call to let me know that it was done and explained all the work that was done . When I came in to pick up the vehicle he offered to go over the invoice again . Very professional . I will be returning and I will ask for David Brady next time I’m in. More
