He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer and you can tell he enjoys his work. I'm glad to have linked up with Chuck on my first service visit when I purchased my CPO ML350 last year. There is a closer Mercedes service center to my home, yet I'd rather drive farther just to receive the great customer service from Mr. Leyman! More
