1) Steve has been my Customer Care rep for my last two vehicles. He is always efficient, professional, courteous. The equivalent of AutoZone or similar when checking out. 3) Loaner, although appreciated, was filthy. Huge clumps of pet hair, all over carpet and backseat with a sticky smeared consul. 4) parts and merchandise nice enough, however extremely slow and unorganized. More

I just got a new Mercedes and took it in to get it inspected and keys reprogrammed and as usual he kindly put me in a courtesy car so I could get my work done!
