We are thoroughly enjoying our Mercedes GLS 580. When you purchase a new car you always wonder how the service will be after you’ve had the vehicle for awhile. We are completely impressed with Alex When you purchase a new car you always wonder how the service will be after you’ve had the vehicle for awhile. We are completely impressed with Alex Clothier in the service department. We could not be happier that he is our service advisor. He is prompt, thorough, Knowledgeable, and knows the car better than we do! He’s helped us when my tire went flat, and had a new tire out on for me within an hour - this is unheard of nowadays. Alex has also assisted us with some warranty issues like a vehicle recall and a repair of a rim that I dented. He makes sure we have a loaner vehicle to drive our three children around in while they work on the car. Alex is always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions that we have. Thank you Mercedes, and thank you Alex - you are an absolute pleasure to work with and we truly appreciate your help with our vehicle! More

My service visit was simply to pick up a new key I ordered. Eddie (Parts) began checking the key to make certain it worked properly-it did not. Terrence (Service Intake) immediately recognized that th ordered. Eddie (Parts) began checking the key to make certain it worked properly-it did not. Terrence (Service Intake) immediately recognized that the key (2014) required programming. Terrence’s knowledge about Mercedes keys enabled them to readily identify the service needed. I was not prepared for a lengthy visit. Terrence reassured me that I would be serviced during my visit and not be required to return another time. This allayed my frustration because I lived nearly an hour away. As a caregiver, this was very important to me. Terrence quickly engaged Pete (Advisor) to secure serving for me. There were many customers being serviced at the time but Pete was able to graciously schedule me in. Terrence, Pete and Eddie made a potentially frustrating visit a pleasant one. Eddie check on me to make sure things were resolved. Pete also identified a recall repair that was required and scheduled me for that service as well. A special note about the ladies at checkout-they are always so friendly, warm and pleasant. More

Ronan is a superhero service advisor and a great troubleshooter and communicator. He helped me take care of my beloved GLK350, and went above and beyond getting an issue fixed under my warranty and troubleshooter and communicator.
