My relationship with this dealer has been ALL POSITIVE. On my first visit to the showroom I received special care from Derek Nedd. I will not have any other dealership service my vehicle and I will not have anyone else but Chuck Lehman as my advisor. He is empathetic, compassionate, and honest. I have heard many "horror" stories about dealer service departments - not here, not with Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and not with Chuck Lehman. I am giving a 5 Star review for professional service to my advisor Alex Clothier because after I got off from work on Wednesday January 5th he had me all taken care of with a loaner vehicle that allowed me my advisor Alex Clothier because after I got off from work on Wednesday January 5th he had me all taken care of with a loaner vehicle that allowed me to go home and sleep while my vehicle was being worked on. Alex even helped me to renew my Mercedes maintenance plan that will take me out to 70,000 miles. They even had my car washed and it was covered with snow after the big snowstorm on Monday. I never worry with him and that says a lot because I always worry. More

I like the "above and beyond" customer service and am blessed to have Alex Clothier as my Service Rep. and feel every interaction is professional, friendly and honest. V A special word about Chuck Leyman. He has that rare Mix of customer touch, detail car knowledge ,and “Doctor’s analysis’ rarely found in the profession. Ronan completely saved me when my car broke down. He talked me through the entire process of what to do and how to get my broken down car in to be fixed. His customer service was 2nd to none. This was the second time I utilized Peter Herman as my service/sales associate and again Peter did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle for a slow tire leak and rim repair. He went over and beyond to service/sales associate and again Peter did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle for a slow tire leak and rim repair. He went over and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed (checked the tire 3 times before identifying the problem) and then negotiated with the warranty company to ensure I did not pay any costs for repair and tire replacement. Peter is a truly a knowledgeable professional and would recommend him to any consumer desiring maintenance or service. FIVE STAR RATING!!!! On a side note, I would recommend that service attendees use gloves when driving cars to and from the service areas. Leaving smudges and slamming doors should be avoided. More
