Can't get a reasonable appointment I scheduled service through my mercedes me app; and was informed by Atlanta Classic cars (eshuff) that they couldn't accommodate me until over a week I scheduled service through my mercedes me app; and was informed by Atlanta Classic cars (eshuff) that they couldn't accommodate me until over a week later. They had no loaner cars and it may take longer than a few hours to fix. I was actually flabbergasted that they would push out an appointment that far without even seeing the car. I described what i HEARD on the car but no specific details of what's wrong because I do not know. I am SOOOO disappointed and will not go back to this dealer again. They were really wonderful while I was buying the car but this is just totally unacceptable. More

Like most folks, we don't like to haggle and play games and very pleased with the professionalism and promptness to get us a deal we mutually felt good about. Finn kept us in the loop on where everything was in the process and hustled like a mad man to get us in and out. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at ACC. My wife and I walked in and told him what happened and what we are looking for as we have a little one on the way and have 2 kids already. He assisted us with a GLC 300. I loved the car and i ended up driving off the lot with the car. This by far has been the easiest and most stress free experience in purchasing a vehicle. Philip also was great and was so welcoming. The perks of going to a family owned dealer. Definitely am a satisfied customer. More
