We set up a date and time to meet, and he greeted us enthusiastically and professionally. From start to finish, it took only about 2.5 hours. Very personable and knowledgeable. Then it was onto Eric, the finance manager, whom we worked with on our last car, and again, nothing short of professional. Lastly, Conner gave my wife the complete tour and operations of the vehicle in detail before we left. Overall, a terrific experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes, this is the place to go. More

After every p Let me start off by saying for the very first time, I have no buyer’s remorse; I have never felt so happy about purchasing a car ever! After every previous car purchase, I felt like the salesperson screwed me every time, not this time. My husband and I was vacationing in the Atlanta area and we decided to test drive some cars. When we walked into your dealership a Rubellite Red Metallic car caught me eye and I immediately went straight to it. Mr. Joe Williams immediately came out of his office and greeted us with a lovely smile and asked if we would like to test drive it. Unfortunately, that car was already sold, and the owners were arriving soon to pick it up. Now, remember we are out of town visiting family and have no intention of buying a car we were just coming in to test drive and see your inventory. So, at the end of the test drive my husband and I had both agreed when it was time to purchase my vehicle we would be buying it from Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams’ attentiveness, excellent customer service, knowledge, and commitment to us, won us over. Well what we did not know after the test drive, Mr Williams quickly went back to his computer and searched for me a Mercedes Cabriolet E450A in Rubellite Red Metallic. Joe found several and printed them out for us to review specs and pricing. He quickly realized I was a visual person and began to build each of the cars on his computer based on the specs, so we could see the colors and the upgrades. Truly amazed by his attentiveness and his passion to get me exactly what I wanted. By now Joe, has our attention and says if he can get the car delivered to the shop today what is stopping us from buying today. Our response was price, so he quickly said I am not the numbers guy, but I will speak with my guy and see what price we can offer you. Joe immediately began working with Eric Palmsteen to offer us a great price and to have the car transported to Atlanta for us to take. Eric came through and sealed the deal with a great price that we could not walk away from. Eric also, took the time to address our questions regarding purchase vs leasing. Due to reasons outside of their control, I did not leave with my new Mercedes that day, but I left feeling like I was heard clearly, and both Joe and Eric were focus on me as a person and not the sale of the car. I’m truly amazed and grateful to Joe’s attentiveness and for listening to me as well as his knowledge of the cars. Joe’s customer service far exceeded my expectations, the entire time I never felt like I was talking to a salesman, it was more like talking to a relative. Before signing any papers to commit to buying a car I felt like I was already part of the Atlanta Classic Cars family, all thanks to Mr. Joe. Sunday, we returned home from vacation from Atlanta and both Joe and Eric communicated with me daily and Eric sent me the paperwork via FedEx and I purchased my 1st Mercedes by mail/via phone HASSLE & STRESS FREE. Once I received the paperwork, Eric went line by line with me to discuss all the paperwork via phone and answered every question. Eric made sure that I knew and understood all the terms and conditions regarding my purchase. I asked a lot of questions:), but he was always kind and patient and answered every question. Due to travel, I did not take possession of my car for another 3 weeks after purchase, during those three weeks, Joe communicated with me daily and set-up all the logistics for Terry to deliver my vehicle from Atlanta to our home in Charlotte. As long as Joe and Eric are around I will be an ACC family member no matter where I reside in this country. It was truly an honor and a pleasure of doing business with them. These are two great men that perform with excellence and honesty in everything they do. They go over and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed into the ACC family. If you looking to buy a car, Joe is the guy to help you find it and Eric is the guy to help you get a reasonable price and financing if required. More
