I mean no push backs, multiple test drives, even when I was indecisive there was no issues or signs frustration. Finn was incredible, respectful and was hospitality was top notch. Eugene I’ve worked with on about 3 other deals, his personality and ease of understanding is perfect. Eugene was Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice about this deal and other concerns I had. Seth sealed the deal, the last person to see at Delivery and he was 100% straight forward and made me feel comfortable about my purchase and made sure all my questions concerns and thoughts was addressed. Highly recommended. I can’t speak on any other team members at this dealership but I surely had the dream team. Even the sales manager listened to Finn to accommodate my requests. Great experience!! We first dropped in late on a Saturday evening just as they were closing. Finn doubled back to make sure we had our questions answered. The model we were interested in did not exist on the lot. Finn worked with our busy schedules, kept in touch and let us know when the model we wanted became available. The purchase process was easy no pressure and quick. Really enjoyed the time spent going over every button and switch. Highly recommend Finn and Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta. Side note - we stopped at another dealership and they waved us off because they were closing. They even had the car we wanted. Lost sale for them. More
