I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was overcharged and forced to deal with a service advisor named Angela, who wasn’t even assigned to me and made no effort to be helpful. Her communication was confusing, and it felt like she didn’t want to assist me at all. I had to go all the way to the dealership just to pick up my car and take it to a different body shop. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back. More
