Please understand that I am not the easiest person to deal with. I tend to be very particular, especially with things of importance to me. However, in this case I had trouble deciding on which vehicle I wanted, so I was even harder to deal with I am sure ! I must have worn my sales person ( Bea Mohsenin ) out, going back and forth. However, she always had a smile, was always polite and helpful. After I took delivery of my 2016 GLE 350, she was still helpful and is even helpful now.
