Just needed some help I had purchased my mercedes benz from a different dealership, but was driving by MB of Bonita Springs when my replenish washer fluid light came on. Ma I had purchased my mercedes benz from a different dealership, but was driving by MB of Bonita Springs when my replenish washer fluid light came on. Made a fast turn into MB of Bonita Springs and drove into service area where I was immediately consulted by a service representative. I told him of my problem and he immediately offered to replenish the washer fluid while i have a cup of coffee in the lounge. Ten minutes later he came in to get me and and advise me that the tank had been filled at no charge to me and to stop by anytime I had a need. Really excellent Do nit know the young mans name but he is representative of a good dealer. More

Sales experience I would guess my wife and I are like most people and dread going to the car dealer for a new vehicle but Josh along with the other staff members and s I would guess my wife and I are like most people and dread going to the car dealer for a new vehicle but Josh along with the other staff members and salesmen are by far the best we have run across. They made the purchase of a new vehicle for us as easy and pleasant as we thought possible, there was absolutely no pressure involved and Josh took us on a little tour of the dealership and treated us like we were friends for years and even the Edward the the detail manager came out to give advice on different products and procedures they use.
