My 2007 SL550 experienced convertible hard top failure on Easter Sunday - a very expensive repair resulted in 2 complications with related parts - the service team focused on 100% customer support & satisfac Easter Sunday - a very expensive repair resulted in 2 complications with related parts - the service team focused on 100% customer support & satisfaction to include follow up repair & when a leather panel was slightly damaged as a result of the all the work they ordered a replacement panel from Germany & made it right. Hats off to Andrea & Lorena for the extraordinary follow through & support. The car has only 36k original miles & looks as good as it did the day I got it. Working directly with the dealership is highly recommended by this satisfied client. More
