Florian Sets the Bar for Customer Service I was hesitant to purchase another Mercedes out of state after my experience with a lesser dealership in North Carolina. But after doing a bit or rese I was hesitant to purchase another Mercedes out of state after my experience with a lesser dealership in North Carolina. But after doing a bit or research on MB Coral Gables and their staff, I decided to reach out. Jessica Gonzalez and Florian Grandi followed up with me immediately, sharing additional pictures of the car, answering questions about its service history, and, eventually, discussing the terms of my trade-in and purchase. Because it better fit my day-to-day, the majority of our communication was through email or text. Throughout the process Florian was incredibly responsive, attentive to the details, and always kept me in the loop on how things were progressing as we began to close the transaction. When it came time to sign papers and discuss additional services (e.g., prepaid maintenance, wheel and tire protection, etc.) Finance Manager Francisco Diez-Rivas was every bit as engaged as Florian - both of them constantly communicated with me, were patient in answering my questions, and even helped clarify next steps on registering the car in my state and arranging transportation. My car arrived two days ago in immaculate condition and I couldn't be more pleased with it or with the customer service I received from Florian, Francisco and Jessica at MB Coral Gables. I was 1,300 miles away and never met them in person, and yet they were more responsive, more professional and just flat-out better than my local MB dealer or the NC dealer I'd worked with previously. I've never seen a dealership or its staff as highly rated or spoken-of, but now I know why. Florian and the team at Coral Gables are truly top-notch. If you're on the fence about getting your next vehicle from them, don't be. They'll be the first place I go for my next Mercedes. More
