Met my expectations of a premium brand We arrived last day of the month to negotiate a lease on an SLK model. Note that we didn’t come to the Mercedes Benz Coral Gable because we have heard mixed review from friends but we decided to give it a shot. George Ciorobea was assigned to help us. From the beginning we were straight up and clear with him and he appreciated that. We had negotiated lease at Mercedes Benz Miami but the experience there was disappointing considering the brand. George was exceptional. He valued our honesty and he understood that we were ready to make the deal. He was quick, easy to work with; very professional and knowledgeable about the model we were interested in. We reached an agreement in less than an hour and we were done soon after. The process with Finance was also very smooth, friendly and with no hidden or surprising upcharges. George made it a point to introduce us to the service advisor and his sales manager who helped close the deal. At the end of the day experience with George and the dealer at large met all our expectations of what Mercedes Benz stands for and we walked away very happy with our decision. We’ll definitely recommend George Ciorobea and the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. More
