At Coral Gables, knowing I have Lorena to callus extremely reassuring and inures confidence. I know she will never rip me off--even gets the best price and will be responsive to my needs. When she went on maternity leave I had that angst of having no friend in the dealership. Separately, the dealership simply doesn't have enough parking for customers. You know when you come in to shop or for service they'll be nowhere to park--and how inconvenient will it be. More
