A couple of hours later, I was notified, via text, that my car was ready. Since I happened to be close to the dealership, I went directly to it and my car was washed and ready. I was ordering a limited production car and had initially ordered with another dealer. That dealer could not deliver the car and was really poorly informed so I went to the folks at CGM. They immediately knew what to do and were able to order my car and get it delivered before anticipated. The real star here was Tahiri Lemus, the Inventory Manager. She knew exactly what to do and stayed on top of the whole process in order to ensure I got my car quickly. Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with, including Hector Britto (a great manager and true gentleman), Carlos Pereda, the sales person who really took good care of me and at no point made this feel like your typical, often unpleasant car buying experience. These people were all amazing, fair, honest and never made me feel like I was being pressured or taken advantage of. I recommend you go to Coral Gables Mercedes if you are looking for a great car and a team of people that are true professionals in an industry that often leaves a lot to be desired! More
