Bought a car which I thought was a good experience but turning out to be a nightmare. Bought a CPO from them and it’s been nothing but issues. Vehicle slides backwards when coming off a ramp, service tell turning out to be a nightmare. Bought a CPO from them and it’s been nothing but issues. Vehicle slides backwards when coming off a ramp, service tells me by phone today that it is normal when it is not, this is not my first Mercedes and I have a Volvo, Audi and Lexus at home and they do not do that, no other vehicles do. Salesman told me the dry water marks on the trims around the windows would come off by buying something from the auto parts store, untrue, I tried everything and the car still looks like some something I bought off a lot or the auction. To add on to all of that, I was driving the other day and water started coming into the car while it was raining, unbelievable!!!! Should have gone to another MB dealer , they are refusing to do a pick up and drop service for a car that is still under full warranty. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed, I came from almost an hour away to purchase this vehicle. Totally dishonest!! More
