True Ahmed is a friend, nonetheless we told him what we wanted, and he came back with a couple of options and made our decision, he wrote up the deal NOTHING CHANGED, and the next day he brought us the car we signed and everyone went on their way. This has never happened as car sales are infamous for the bait and switch or smoke and mirrors. More

Fixed it Right! I purchased my C300 in early August from Mercedes-Benz of Miami. After a couple of weeks, I took it back to Mercedes-Benz of Miami because the steeri I purchased my C300 in early August from Mercedes-Benz of Miami. After a couple of weeks, I took it back to Mercedes-Benz of Miami because the steering wheel was off-center, presumably because the car did not come aligned correctly from the factory. After having to argue and plead with a Mercedes-Benz of Miami mechanic that the alignment was off (they insisted it wasn't), they finally agreed to put it on the alignment machine, and verified that I was right and that the car needed alignment. They kept the car for 9 days, and returned it to me with the steering wheel still off-center, but this time in the other direction. The treatment from the Mercedes-Benz of Miami service department was poor. I was made to feel like I was crazy or wrong for suggesting the car was misaligned, and once they agreed to fix it, it wasn't fixed correctly. I was referred to Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay and to Robert Damas by a mechanic friend. I went, was treated professionally by everyone from the moment I walked in, was given an excellent loaner, and the car was fixed perfectly in no time! Now THIS is how a customer should be treated!! Thank you guys for an excellent job!! Five stars! More
