As expected! I have bought several cars from this dealership. Not sure if I will buy more in the future, as I had great experiences on one hand ( Sales Mgr. Mr. Ortiz, and Pablo Garcia, the Sales executive that sold us THREE cars in 2017, service specialists, like Charly Rodriguez, and his assistant, Maximiliano Toriano,...all of them going to extremes for the customer, always cordial and professional, etc), but a very bad experience with the Top Management of this franchise. Due to this last fact, I am pretty sure that if I replace my three Mercedes this year with new Mercedes, it will be not from any dealership of your Company, namely this one or the one in Coral Gables... I had a great time I had a wonderful time leasing my 2020 GLE 350 for my lovely wife. Danny was very knowledgeable, very nice and always ready to go the extra mile sinc I had a wonderful time leasing my 2020 GLE 350 for my lovely wife. Danny was very knowledgeable, very nice and always ready to go the extra mile since, I remembered him about six years ago, when I lease my first Mercedes GLK. Roberto Llanes was the finance officer that I met for the first time (2020). He was super, the paperwork took seconds LOL. Of course I cannot forget Hugo that helped my wife and I in 2014 and 2017.
