I’m writing this review while still sitting in the Ray Catena service center — 4 hours and 30 minutes later for what was supposed to be a simple service on a car with only 5,000 miles. When I arrived, Catena service center — 4 hours and 30 minutes later for what was supposed to be a simple service on a car with only 5,000 miles. When I arrived, Reynaldo Negro told me it would take two hours and cost over $1,500, which already felt excessive. But what really bothered me was the lack of communication — no updates, no effort to make things right. When I finally said something, he just brushed me off with, “I’m sorry, you should’ve made the appointment with a loaner reservation.” Who wants to sit in a service center for five hours? If the job was going to take longer, they should’ve offered a loaner car like they do for others. Instead, the only thing offered was a ride to a diner. For a dealership that claims to deliver “luxury service,” this experience has been anything but. Extremely disappointed. More
