Working with Brian Tuz was supremely enjoyable, particularly for a car enthusiast like me--he's worked with several other brands in the past, and he's genuinely proud of selling Mercedes/AMG products, and can share with you the joy of agonizing over details/options and and taking delivery of your new toy. The fact that he's supported by Ray Catena's legendary infrastructure is a major bonus. Two specific highlights of my experience: 1. The paperwork for my trade took us late into the evening the night before Thanksgiving, and Brian not only took his time with me, he also anticipated that my wife might appreciate a peace offering, and included a red ribbon and teddy bear for her in our new car. 2. They did a fantastic job detailing the car. The paint has a deep shine and the leather is a like-new matte finish, which wasn't the case before they went to work on it. Not all delivery bays do such a painstaking job. More
