They immediately responded with information and was very responsive with all my questions. I came in for a test drive and met with Matt. He was extremely friendly and was very patient with my many questions. I didn’t feel like I was under any pressure to buy even though it was at the end of the month which I find to be an extremely part of customer service at a car dealership. I also didn’t feel like I was not a priority since I was there to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Even after I’ve purchased my car, he still maintains contact with me to check up on the car! Matt is truly an asset to Ray Catena! This man deserves a raise. More
