I was in an incredibly bad mood after just walking out of another dealership for typical sales scheming. John showed me and my wife our options, took us for a test drive and proceeded to give me a great price on the ML350 with no negotiating or haggling necessary. The car was available a couple of days later and John got me a finance rate equivalent to what my bank offered making the entire sale very enjoyable.
