I have always been skeptical about going to car dealerships because in general they are very aggressive and pushy (at least that was my experience in the past).Let me tell you that this was NOT the dealerships because in general they are very aggressive and pushy (at least that was my experience in the past).Let me tell you that this was NOT the case with this dealership and Barry was awesome right from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was very patient with us during the test drive and overall we got a great deal in our trade in car and an equally awesome deal in the Mercedes C300. I stopped in at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to look at the C300 - 4Matic after seeing a promotion for the CPO program. I was greeted by Mike Lavrenchik and he showed me a few vehicles and explained the benefits of dealing with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. I was impressed with his ability to answer my questions thoroughly in the brief time that I was there. I was further impressed when he e-mailed me later to say he had a car that had all the features that I wanted. He went far beyond the other dealerships and truly tried to earn my business. Ultimately, he did just that and I purchased the vehicle he had recommended. More
Truly honest people here. I was overwhelmed at the candor and transparency shown by Barry and his staff. I opted to buy another car elsewhere at considerably higher cost but with significantly less miles. If shopping for a Mercedes Benz, I would definitely consider doing so here. More
I have purchased three Mercedes in the past three years. I chose Mercedes for their safety rating after being in a car accident back in early 2011. I was completely satisfied with my first purchase (2008 C I chose Mercedes for their safety rating after being in a car accident back in early 2011. I was completely satisfied with my first purchase (2008 C300). I was particularly happy with the gas mileage. I was getting nearly 500 highway miles on one tank of gas. In September 2013 when I brought it in for service, Brian approached me to discuss upgrading me to a newer model and possibly a lower monthly payment. Long story short, I did not have a good experience with him. Although he was new, he lacked the knowledge of the vehicles and customer service I had had in my prior experience. I reluctantly dealt with him anyway. After much back and forth he found me a car (2010 C300). By this time I had become reliable on Adam in service. He was the one that provided me with a lot of the information on the car. I thought this car was better suited for me because it was all wheel drive. What I failed to ask about was the gas mileage. I didn't find out until I mentioned it to Adam later that this car wouldn't have as good gas mileage as my other car because this one was all wheel drive. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have bought the car. It was my fault that I didn't ask. I just thought since it was the "same" class, it would get the same gas mileage. I recently took a new job in Laurel, MD. I live in Hagerstown so I am driving nearly 200 miles a day. Putting gas in that car has been an every other day process. So when it came time to be serviced last week, I immediately asked Adam if Mercedes has something with better gas mileage. He mentioned the CLA and introduced me to Mike. I has a great experience with Mike. Mike was knowledgeable about the car; however, I often found myself back in Adam's office or on the phone with him throughout this whole purchase because he is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and TRUSTWORTHY. His job is service, not sales. But he sells me these cars! He cares about his customers and it shows! More

Within 5 minutes of meeting Barry London, I knew I had come to the right place. From our first conversation he went out of his way to educate me on every step of the process and update me continuously throughout the ordering, building and shipping stages. The attention to detail and friendliness exuded by Barry and everyone else I met at the dealership were truly astounding. Not for a moment did I feel pressured or confused. I can't imagine that buying a car is generally this effortless. I've certainly been spoiled and if I had the choice, I'd never go anywhere else. More

I contacted the dealership about 2 certified vehicles that they had in inventory. Wonderful response time to my initial inquiry. I ended up choosing to look into buying a new diesel GLK instead, and Barry provided me with an estimate quickly via email. I applied on their site for financing and was approved quickly. Even USAA couldn't beat the financing they offered me. I was pleased with the seamless transaction, quality service throughout. Couldn't ask for a more professional, pleasant transaction. I even had my 4 year old along, and Barry was so patient with my constant distractions! Highly recommend! More
Mike recently helped me with the decision to purchase a used Mercedes C300 for my son. I found Mike L. to be friendly and eager to help without being overly ambitious to close a sale. At the time of this purchase I shared with Mike the 2005 Cadillac Escalade I was driving had more than 161k miles and that I was interested in finding a car for myself as well. Mike followed up with me several days later inviting me in to look at an S Class that had jus been traded in. I test drove the car but felt this particular car was not suited to my likes. Mike proceeded to walk me around the lot explaining the various models. He spent considerable time with me helping to compare a new E class to the new CLS 550. Mike was patient and professional and did not rush the deal. This fact combined with his knowledge of the Mercedes Benz family of cars proved to be most helpful in my decision to purchase the CLS 550. Several years earlier I had purchased a 2008 SL550 and honestly I like this CLS just about as much as the SL with one excpetion - the SL550 had a hardtop convertible. Oh well... Thank you Mike for all your help! More
