I appreciated that the dealership had serviced the car through the previous owner, and so was aware of the service history. When I noticed that the model I wanted to buy had some transmission problems (co through the previous owner, and so was aware of the service history. When I noticed that the model I wanted to buy had some transmission problems (corrected in more recent models) that had been noted on cars.com and other sites, Wes Whetstone recommended the extended power train warranty for 2 years/24K miles, which the dealership split the cost of with me. However, the dealership also examined the transmission, and it was in fine condition. Further, any repairs completed under the extended warranty have a $200 deductible, which if the work is done at the dealership, is waived. I also appreciated that for the annual service and other work on the car, the dealership would come to my house to pick up the car, and leave in its place a car to use in the meantime. I would buy another car from this dealership. In all, it was a great experience. More
