We purchased a used C300 less than a year ago that was unfortunately totaled in an accident. Recognizing how much we enjoyed the car, we went back to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to see what was available unfortunately totaled in an accident. After some discussion regarding available models, we settled on the same model year as the previous vehicle. The overall experience was excellent the day I purchased my used Ford Mustang GT. I was so excited to come home and give an excellent review to Barry London and the staff. Which, indeed it was truly the first time I bought a car and it didn't wear me out with the waiting, pacing, haggling. However, it was short lived when I got home and went to put a cd in and the cd player and satellite radio did not work. Called back to Barry, who said he would check into it but because it was no longer under warranty doubted they could do anything. Shame on me for not checking but shame on Mercedes for not checking. Called Ford I will have to dish out about $800.00 to replace. Barry said he would call back. He must have forgotten my number. Guess it doesn't matter since I didn't buy a MB. I would recommend MB of Hagerstown to buy a new vehicle or a used Mercedes, but would recommend that you go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb before you drive off the lot with it, because they won't. More

Yesterday I bought my third vehicle from Hagerstown MB, 2 of which were MB's. I had an MB, bought a Lexus from them, which was nice enough, but I missed the quality, comfort, recognition and super look of t of which were MB's. I had an MB, bought a Lexus from them, which was nice enough, but I missed the quality, comfort, recognition and super look of the MB, so I traded my Lexus back and got another MB! YAY!! Nothing beats driving a Mercedes Benz, the quality is impeccable, but if there's anything wrong, you can bet Hagertsown MB will make it right!! These guys were so patient as there were two vehicles I was looking at and trying to decide between new/used. They got us numbers for both so we could look at the #'s and discuss them. I can't say enough good things about the staff at MB. My first time going there I was apprehensive because of the high end cars they sell that it would be pretentious and snobby, I was mistaken, it was the complete opposite. These folks know how to make you feel at home and treat you with respect and kindness. Financing is always a snap, we walked away with a 2012 model with 1.74% financing yesterday! This car will be the car I probably keep as we enter retirement, but if we ever decide to trade, MB of Hagerstown and Andre are who we'll turn to. Thanks for everything guys!!!!!
