This is the 4th new Benz I have leased from MB of Hagerstown. First off, Barry London and Austin Shemon are awesome to deal with. Due to the vehicle I was looking for not being in stock, Barry and the General Manager had to locate the vehicle from other sources. Barry kept me informed during the whole process as to the progress of finding the vehicle I was seeking. Once the vehicle was obtained, Barry took the time to explain all the nuances that went with this vehicle, even setting of my phone bluetooth and Sirius for me. I was made to feel that if I had any other questions after delivery, I could call Barry for assistance. As far as the paperwork process, Austin went out of his way to explain all the numbers and even saved me money with the prepaid maintenance option. I am sure I will be treated the same for any service appointments I will need in the future. More
