I purchase my 2011 4matic from the dealership on yesterday 3/15/11 and I'm on cloud 9. At least the ride home felt like I was floating on a cloud so much so that my husband had to take the lead driv yesterday 3/15/11 and I'm on cloud 9. I had been driving an ML320 for years and had forgotten how smooth the ride was in a sedan. I still have my ML and love it. The experience I had at the dealership was excellent. My sales represenative was Barry London who contaced me within minutes after an online search of what I was looking for. Barry was very personable and knowledgeable without any pressure going over every single detail and feature. All of the staff at Mercedes of Hagerstown were friendly and accommodating making certain our experience was a pleasant one. This was my fifth purchase from a Mercedes dealership, but this purchase was by far the best. Thank you Barry London !!!!! More

I am exceedingly pleased with my Sales Respresentative, Barry London. He showed and let me drive every model I was interested in so I was able to select the exact car I wanted. My questions and concern were answered and it made me really understand and feel comfortable in my final decision. I recently became a widow after more that 50 years of marriage and one of the things during this long relatiionship that I had never done was to buy a car all by myself. Barry completely understood that I was hesitant to make a decision of this magnitude by myself, however, he never pushed me or made me feel rushed to make up my mind...in otherwords, he was totally patient with me in every way. I felt extremely comfortable with him and gave him my trust quite willingly and happily. I would buy a car from him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. I will start by saying WOW! What a great car buying experiences I had at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I saw a pre-owned Audi A4 on the internet and sent my contact information via the web page. The nex experiences I had at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I saw a pre-owned Audi A4 on the internet and sent my contact information via the web page. The next day Mike contacted me by phone. Not only was Mike friendly but very knowleded on the Audi. After taking the car for a test drive I loved it but was not able to purchase the car that day. Mike did not preasure me to buy the car. A few days later I called Mike to say "I really want that Audi" to my disapointment the car was sold. I told Mike I would like to work with him but MBoH had no more Audi A4. He offered to show me some Mercedes and I told Mike I really want an Audi A4. Again no preasure from Mike, he said he would let me know when MBoH had an Audi. With Mike's friendly, professional demanor I felt like I knew him forever after just 3 conversations. I received A phone call from Mike saying he had a Audi for me and would I like to take it for a test drive. I will just say I have been driving "my Audi" that I purchased from Mike 3 day ago and it is everything Mike told me it would be. This was my first exprience with MBoH but I will say the fastest and least stressful car buying experience ever. When I took the car for a test drive I told Mike I had to go out of town for family business but wanted the car. I wrote a check to hold the car and made arrangments to get the car the following Tuesday. When I arrived at MBoH the car was waiting for me and all the paper work was ready. Rob who was also friendly and professional, explained every detail of the very few papers I had to sign and answered all my questions with great knowledge. I went in to test drive a car after searching the lot on a Sunday. I was handed the keys and was told to take a long as I liked. When I came to buy the car, Andre was finishing up on another deal so Barry more than happily, explained the operation of the inside of the car. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4WD from this dealership on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida,the idea of traveling to on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida,the idea of traveling to Maryland to purchase a used vehicle concerned me. I also might add that I always buy new vehicles and haven't considered or purchased a used vehicle in 30 years. However, since it was almost exactly what I was looking for and I had been unsuccessful in finding the vehicle in Florida, I proceeded to communicate with Wes about the truck. The dealership had not had time to post photographs or much information of the truck on the internet, so Wes gladly and promptly took and sent pictures to me. I had several additional questions and concerns about the truck and Wes actually took the truck to the neighboring Toyota dealer to have it inspected. I finally agreed to purchase the truck and scheduled a flight to Baltimore. One of the dealership drivers (Bill) picked up my wife and I at the airport and drove us to the MB facility. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to ride with. I am very particular about my vehicles, so I was ready for the big let-down when we arrived at the dealership to inspect the truck. The truck turned out to be exactly as Wes described, even down to the minor scratches and blemishes that would be expected on a used vehicle. How could that be - I was an out-of towner purchasing a used vehicle from a new car dealership. There had to be a catch! - no catch whatsoever. The truck was meticulously detailed and looked and rode like a new truck - as advertised. Wes was a complete pleasure to deal with. He is very laid back, honest, sincere and professional. I really believe he enjoys his job and cares about the customer. I doubt very seriously that anyone purchasing a new Mercedes was treated any better than my wife and I were. Thanks to Wes, it was absolutely the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had. More

i had an excellent experience with Mike and Austin last Wednesday, February 29th. Mike was warm, friendly and welcoming from our initial interaction via internet and phone. He was calm and allowed me to set the pace which i appreciated...no pressure! When we arrived from Alexandria, VA to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, Mike warmly greeted us and gave us an opportunity to get settled in before taking us to see my beautiful pre-owned ML 350. Though we had arrived about an hour or so before closing, Mike took his time showing us every fabulous feature and answering questions. After a fun test drive, we turned out attention to business and he was attentive and helpful. After working out a few kinks, and waiting while paperwork was completed during which time, Mike regaled us with jokes and stories about family and football, we closed the deal. Though Mike's part of the process was over, he stayed until the bitter end with Austin and i completed paperwork and he took the time to program my home address into the GPS to ensure my safe return home. I have recommended Mike to my sister who is interested in purchasing an Audi 5 and i would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
