My service rep, Ky, was excellent at communicating with me each day. It took from Monday to Friday to complete my service list because certain parts had to be ordered. Ky provided a loaner vehicle and did me each day. It took from Monday to Friday to complete my service list because certain parts had to be ordered. Ky provided a loaner vehicle and did his best to get the parts to the dealership. Everything was excellent with the exception of the bumpers. My major disappointment is with Mercedes-Benz on the design of the CL550. Both my front and rear bumper intermittently become loose and the bumper detaches and has to be pushed back in place, including sensors. The solution offered was to out source this repair to a body shop. Mercedes should fix there own design flaws. More
